What we collect

Account names, emails, usernames, optional phone numbers, billing status, and program activity (habits, missions, notes) so we can run the Academy for that family.

Mobile / SMS

If you opt in to texts, we store your mobile number to send account alerts (coach notes and scheduled calls) through our text vendor (Twilio). Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share numbers only with service providers who send the messages on our behalf (Twilio) or as required by law.

Texts are optional. Consent is not a condition of using the Academy. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See SMS program terms.

Who sees student work

Linked parents, the assigned coach, and Carefree staff/admin as needed to run the program. We do not sell student data.
